Modification of Maintenance Affirmed

Circuit court did not exceed Court of Appeals’ mandate by determining wife’s finances, on which statute required an examination of husband’s ability to pay, which supported an adjustment to child support award.  Substantial and continuing change of circumstances that supported a modification of maintenance included changes in custody and expenses.  Maintenance award 26% more than expenses was not an abuse of discretion.  Evidence supported attorney fee award.
